San Joaqin Street <br />Stockton, CA 15201 <br />Dear Ms. Heran: <br />On Tuesday, May 3, 1994 the Union Pacific Railroad <br />received your letter dated April 11, 1994, concerning "Report of <br />Violation and S hedule of Correction" for our Stockton, <br />California Fac Nity. <br />Viola ions #3, #4 and #11 are being handled at this <br />time, but Viola ions #1, #2, #5, #6, #7, #8, #9, and #10 will <br />need an additio al time frame to complete. The Railroad's <br />scheduling and perations will make the completion dates outlined <br />in your letter and to accomplish. Therefore, as a <br />representative f the Union Pacific Railroad I would like to <br />request an 120 ay extension/September 3, 1994, to complete the <br />aforementioned 'terns. During this time frame the Railroad will <br />pursue all item and submit progress reports and/or completion <br />reports to the �ounty. <br />If you have any questions or concerns I can be reached <br />in Omaha at (40) 271-2235.
