Prolonged or repeated exposure <br />to xylene may caused <br />fatting, drying, and irritation of the skin, dermatitis, central nervous system (CNS) <br />effects, heart muscle <br />s nsitization and arrhythmia, hearing loss, and brain, liver, kidney damage. Xylene <br />overexposure may aff <br />ct fetal development. Prolonged or repeated contact/exposure to aromatic petroleum <br />distillates may caused <br />fatting, drying, and irritation of the skin, dermatitis, and central nervous system (CNS) <br />and <br />effects. Inhalation of <br />stalline silica can cause cancer based on animal data, and IARC concludes <br />sufficient evidence in <br />ans (Group 1). Prolonged and repeated overexposure to free crystalline silica dust <br />mcause <br />above the TLV level <br />mh y <br />scarring of the lungs with cough and shortness of breath.
