Note that the oil/water sepa- <br />rator sediment was tested in addition to the flotation sludge. <br />Each are consi ered California non -hazardous and non-RCRA hazard- <br />ous. <br />Since the a new results confirm that the waste is non -hazard- <br />ous the Railro d is to discontinue manifesting railcar shipments of <br />this waste str am. <br />Please co tact me should you have any questions.
