Specific olations and required corrective actions are listed below. Failure to <br />correct these violati ns within the schedule period provided will result in further action. <br />I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br />1. Section 25189.5, Health and Safety Code: At the time of inspection, extensive <br />staining by petroleum hydrocarbons was observed on the soil in the train <br />maintenancearea; south end maintenance yard; near the aboveground fuel, oil, <br />and waste oil tanks; near the sludge transport cars; and along most of the tracks. <br />Caustic detergent staining and standing water was observed at the train wash area. <br />2.
