Appendix C <br />STANDARD FENCE SPECIFICATIONS <br />The fences moist be of a material able to withstand the elements. <br />Standard fence specifications are as follows. These may be <br />modified to meet site-specific circumstances: <br />1. The fenceshallbe a standard livestock type fence, six feet <br />high. Th posts shall be no more than eight feet apart. The <br />fence sha 1 include, at a minimum, the area specified on the <br />site map. <br />2. The fence shall be a six foot high chain link fence. The <br />wire shal be 11 gauge and woven into approximately 2 inch <br />mesh. Th chain link fence should have a knuckled finish on <br />the top aid bottom edges. The posts are to be galvanized <br />metal and spaced at not more than 10 foot intervals. Any <br />access ga es are to be of the same material as the fence and <br />secured with a padlock. Posting signs shall be placed on the <br />gate, if n is present, and on all sides of the fence. <br />3. The fence may be similar to the construction of the main line <br />fences located on the property and designated on the site map <br />and "main line fence". This fence must be maintained in good <br />repair -at all times. <br />January 1989 <br />
