"Oil means -oil of any kind or in any farm <br />(40 071300.6) . <br />7 "Pollutant" means any chemical , which after <br />release into the environment and upon exposure <br />can cause death or disease (40CY1300.6). <br />"Release" means anT spilling, leaking, pumping; <br />Pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, leach- <br />ine. dum-sing. or dispersing a hazardous sul- <br />stance into the environment (40CY'1300.6) <br />9 <br />-,,Reportable quantity" means that quantity which, <br />when released, requires notification to the - <br />National les -sense Center. Reportable Quantities <br />are iz amounts of 1, 10, 100, 1ECE, or 5E+EQ <br />poumLs, depending on the relative, hazard- to��in " <br />or the environment (40CY1362.3) <br />10. Size classes of discharges of oil (40CM00.6): <br />a. "Minor discharge" means a discharge of -le5s- <br />than 1,000 gallons of oil onto surface <br />waters or adjacent shorelines; <br />b. "Medium discharge" means a discharge of -- <br />1,00e to 10,00r gallons of oil onto surface <br />waters or atjacest shorelines; <br />C.
