Specific violations <br />and required orrective action are listed below. Failure to <br />correct the ide tified violations within the schedule provided will <br />result in PHS -E D citing you for continuing/ additional violations. <br />I. REPORT OF IOLATIONS: <br />Violation #1 - Title 22, Section 66508 (a) , (c) , At the time of <br />inspection dru s containing hazardous waste were not labeled <br />appropriately. <br />Violation #2 -Title 22, California Administrative Code, Section <br />67140. At the t'me of inspection the contingency plan could not be <br />found, and was pnavailable for review. <br />Violation #3 - <br />66481.
