Oil and water is listed in 22 CCR Chapter 11, Appendix X, making it a presumed <br />hazardous waste unless the presumpti n is rebutted. In this case, the presumption of toxicity is rebutted because a representative sample <br />passes the 96 -hr fish bioassay with a L 50>750 mg/L. <br />re oily solids water in closed tanks, 5 -gallon steel drums or 5 -gallon buckets, depending on typical quantities used and area(s) where <br />umulotion takes place.
