Ing edients in this product indicate a hazardous waste presumption until analytical testing proves
otherwise. Based on this, a sample of he waste, BS-ONESPOT-, was collected on January 21, 2016 at the Stockton Yard. The sample was
analyzed for volatile organic compoun s (VOCs) by USEPA Method 8260B, ignitability, metals by USEPA Methods 60108 and 7471A,
cyanide, and sulfide. VOCs were evolu ted to determine potential toxicity characteristics, cyanide and sulfide were evaluated to determine
potential reactivity characteristics.
Based on the product's use, the waste 's not a corrosive. Based on a review of the product's ingredients, it is not a listed waste. Based on a
review of analytical results, the waste s not ignitable. Based on a review of the VOC and metals results, the waste is not RCRA hazardous
based on the toxicity characteristic. B ed on the lack of cyanide and sulfide detections and SDS information, the waste is not reactive. The
waste was further evaluated to deter ine if the waste exhibited ecological toxicity that would render it a California -only non-RCRA
hazardous waste. Results of a 96 -hour ish bioassay indicate the lethal concentration for 50% (LC50) of fathead minnows is greater than 750
milligrams per liter. Based on this testi g, the waste is non -hazardous.
Based on the results of analytical testing of sample BS-ONESPOT-, this waste is non -hazardous in California
RECEI vr ED,
FEB 1 1 2016
Page 1 of 5 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
DEPARTMENT
