Select Yes/No
This determination is for oily solids water at Stockton Yard.
2/5/2017
A representative sample of the oily sol ds water was collected and analyzed for VOCs, TPH-d, TPH-mo, Title 22 metals, PCBs and 96 -hr fish
bioassay toxicity.
If discarded, this water is non-hazardo is waste because analytical data indicate concentrations of VOCs, metals and PCBs are below
hazardous waste thresholds and used it purity standards. Oil and water is listed in 22 CCR Chapter 11, Appendix X, making it a presumed
hazardous waste unless the presumpti n is rebutted. In this case, the presumption of toxicity is rebutted because a representative sample
passes the 96 -hr fish bioassay with a L 50>750 mg/L.
re oily solids water in closed tanks, t5 -gallon steel drums or 5 -gallon buckets, depending on typical quantities used and area(s) where
umulation takes place. Dispose at pproved facility using analytical results to create a non -hazardous waste profile.
R ECEYV?!"
FEB 1 1 2016
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
DEPARTMENT
