At <br />least once every 1 months, the business owner, operator, or officially designated <br />representative sha I review and certify that the information in the statewide information <br />management syst m has been verified and is complete, accurate, and up to date and <br />that it contains the information required by Section 11022 of Title 42 of the United States <br />Code. An annual e ectronic submittal to the statewide information management system <br />satisfies this requir ment. <br />A hazardous aterials business plan has not been submitted for 2014. <br />CCR 66262.11 Fa led to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. A person who <br />generates a waste, as defined in section 66261.2, shall determine if that waste is a <br />hazardous waste u ing the following method: <br />(a) the generators all first determine if the waste is excluded from regulation under <br />section 66261A or section 25143.2 of the Health and Safety Code; <br />(b) the generators all then determine if the waste is listed as a hazardous waste in <br />articles 4 or 4.1 of chapter 11 or in Appendix X of chapter 11 of this division. If the <br />
