This waste is disposed of as non -hazardous. <br />CCR 66262.42(a)l Failed to determine status of hazardous waste when copy of <br />manifest signed y destination facility not received within 45 days. A generator <br />who does not rec ive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner <br />or operator of the esignated facility within 35 days of the date the waste was accepted <br />by the initial trans orter shall contact the transporter and/or the owner or operator of the <br />designated facility to determine the status of the hazardous waste. <br />4 During the Ja uary 24, 2012, inspection, five manifests signed by the <br />destination facility for the disposal of hazardous waste between March 23, 2010, <br />and November 1 , 2011, were not found on site, and the generator did not contact <br />the transporter or destination facility to determine the status of the waste. <br />4 During the October 16, 2013, inspection, five manifests signed by the <br />destination facili y for the disposal of hazardous waste between March 19, 2012, <br />and July 2, 2013, were not found on site, and the generator did not contact the <br />transporter or de tination facility to determine the status of the waste. <br />CCR 66262.42(b)Failed <br />to file an exception report when copy of manifest signed <br />by destination fa <br />ility not received within 45 days. A generator shall submit an <br />Exception Report <br />o the Department if the generator has not received a copy of the <br />manifest with the <br />andwritten signature of the owner or operator of the designated <br />facility within 45 d <br />ys of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter.
