RECEIVE[ <br />FEB 18 2014 <br />204. The filter was removed from the bin. Photo attached. <br />TAL <br />NV <br />107. Waste analyses of the oily sand (sand blast) and debris waste is attached. EHEAALT�"H®NREM NTT <br />108. Metal fines are being contained as hazardous waste until they are characterized. Rail weld is also <br />being contained in drums for return to manufacturer, <br />110. The Contingency Plan is the Union Pacific Hazardous Material Emergency Response Plan <br />(HMERP). The HMERP is used system -wide at every facility. It specifies the actions facility personnel are <br />authorized to take in reponse to all emergency situations. Per the HMERP, emergencies are to be <br />reported to the Response Management Communications Center (RMCC) who will, in turn, handle all <br />internal and external communications, including dispatching internal and external assets to the facility to <br />address the emergency. Other than small quantities of absorbents, all assets are brought to the site as <br />warranted by the situation. Evacuation plans (attached) are maintained by the facility supervisory <br />personnel. <br />112. The October 1, 2009, HMERP is the current plan and is present at the site. <br />113. Emergencies are dispatched by RMCC as noted above. Depending on the emergency, assets with <br />the appropriate site knwledge will be engaged to address the emergency. <br />117. The training records for the site personnel who have hazwaste duties are attached. <br />122., 123., and 124. Copies of the subject manifests are attached <br />127. Spent batteries are returned to the manufacturer under a bill of lading. The past three years records <br />are attached. <br />135. The 2012 Return to Compliance documentation is attached. <br />301. The drain pan is a,recurring use container. It has been labeled to indicate a daily emptying cycle. <br />The oil filter was placed in the drained used oil filter container. The stained soil was removed and placed <br />in the oil soil container. <br />404. The drip bucket is a recurring use container. It has been labeled to indicate a daily emptying cycle. <br />The bucket has also belen fitted with a lid that allows the hose to remain in place while the bucket is <br />covered. <br />605. The bucket was emptied and disposed of. <br />605. The gray used oil �ank was labeled. <br />809. The drum was picked up for disposal. <br />812. The last three yeas of universal waste bulb disposal records are attached. <br />902. The drum was emptied. <br />
