Empty oil tanks (TNKO-0296 & <br />Desc: TNKO- <br />297) have a concrete containment dike around <br />them. <br />here is no drainage system within the dike. <br />Security The area <br />is well lighted and manned by Railroad <br />Systems employees <br />nearly continuously. <br />Desc: <br />Escape <br />Route Desc: <br />Comment: Totes <br />nd drums or oil products (lubtricating oil, journal <br />box oil <br />and air compressor oil) ranging in size from 335 <br />gallons <br />to 55 gallons are located within this area to <br />supproty <br />locomotive maintenance. The service pits are <br />the low <br />point in the building and drain to the industrial <br />sewer and <br />the UPRR pretreatment plant.
