u <br />#45 Contingency plan incomplete. <br />The contingency SPCC plan has been updated and a copy is <br />attached. Letters submitting this and the previous Plan to both <br />the Stockton Fire Department and San Joaquin General Hospital <br />are attached. Union Pacific's Safety Coordinator has discussed <br />issues such as Eacility maps, building identification, and <br />facility entrap es with the Stockton Fire Department. Union <br />Pacific's Haz Mat Manager has offered training to San Joaquin <br />County OES, his primary responder contact. <br />#64 Failed to retain on site required hazardous waste tank <br />assessment. <br />Tank assessments on the two waste oil tanks have been scheduled <br />with a P.E. from an Engineering Company for April 3. Copies of <br />the new tank asessments will be forwarded to your office when <br />received and a opy will be maintained at the Wastewater Plant. <br />#69 Failed to c�nduct daily inspections of hazardous waste <br />tanks. <br />A programis no in place to inspect the used oil tanks on a <br />daily basis. A copy of the inspection form, completed through <br />March 27, is at ached. <br />#75 Universal w$ste requirements. <br />The used fluore cent tubes that were improperly stored in <br />Building 6358 hive been placed in a proper shipping box and <br />shipped to a re ycler, Veolia Services. A copy of the FedEx <br />shipping receip is attached. A copy of the Recycling <br />Certificate will be forwarded to your office when received from <br />Veolia. <br />#76 Labeling Universal Waste. <br />Improperly labeed universal waste containers are now correctly <br />labeled.
