DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A Record of Survey is required. (New legal description <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Office for <br /> review) . <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 2 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> a. The side yard setbacks shall meet the ten (10) foot <br /> setback as required by Section 9-4010 . 1{c} in Planning <br /> Title. <br /> b. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the <br /> owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for <br /> review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and <br /> signed by a Licensed Land Surveyor or a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer licensed to practice land surveying. <br /> (Civil Engineers registered after January 1, 1982 , are <br /> not licensed to practice land surveying. ) <br />
