Stockton. <br /> APP:.ICANT : Stockton Revival Tabernacle , Inc . <br /> APN : 157-251-01 <br /> INFORMATION : <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area . <br /> Horner Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet , and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan , prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer , <br /> showing drainage , driveway access details , on-site parking, <br /> utility services , and grading , shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . (Public water and <br /> sewer is required ) <br /> 2 . The frontage improvements for Horner Avenue & Drake Avenue <br /> shall be constructed in conformance with standards for <br /> one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way urban street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements may be deferred at <br /> the option of the Department of Public Works, in which event <br /> the owner shall execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement <br /> Agreement prior to approval of the Improvement Plan ( A <br /> $250 .00 fee is required for processing per Ord. No . 3337 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an engineer ' s <br /> estimate with a drawing of the required frontage improvements <br /> on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department . ) <br /> 1 <br />
