Corral Hollow Road, Tracy) <br /> A Quarry Excavation application was approved by the Planning Commission on September <br /> 4, 1986 for the above referenced premise. The following conditions imposed by the <br /> Local Health District were made a part of the approval : <br /> 1. No excavation may be permitted into the ground water table without approval <br /> from the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley. <br /> 2. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any water <br /> course nor in any way contribute to the pollution thereof. <br /> 3. Provide an approved potable water supply for all employees. <br /> 4. Approved chemical toilets shall be provided for all employees. Toilets <br /> must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. <br /> 5. Handwashing facilities must be provided on or near the approved chemical <br /> toilets. <br /> 6. No wells or septic on area to be developed. <br /> Since approval of the QX permit included San Joaquin Local Health District conditions, <br /> you are hereby advised that the above conditions shall be met prior to utilization of <br /> the approved land use. <br /> If the decision is appealed to the Board of Supervisors , the filing of the appeal stays <br /> the issuance of the QX permit or any other permits until the appeal has been decided <br /> by the Board. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this matter, contact Karen Moroz, R.S. , of my staff <br /> in the Tracy office at (209) 835-6385, between the hours of 8:00 and 9:00 A.M. , Monday <br /> through Friday. <br /> Jogi Khanna, M.D. , M.P.H. <br /> Distr. c.t Health Officer <br /> r--'teLeland Hall , Di recto <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> CLH/KM:dc <br /> cc: S.J.
