REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION <br /> SD-94-26 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-- <br /> 1145. 5) . <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145.2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $1, 158 . 00 per multi family dwelling unit in <br /> the Tracy area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304, R-92-1025) . <br /> NOTE: The new address for the second unit dwelling is 23477 S. <br /> Currier Drive, Tracy CA 95376. <br />
