Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) . <br /> 2 . Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by <br /> Section 9-1120. 2 of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> 3 . A letter from the water supplier will be required stating that they <br /> have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets <br /> State standards prior to recording the final map. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1100 . 3) <br /> 4 . Destroy the abandoned well (s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance <br /> No. 1862 , Section 5-4207) . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the building permit (Development Title Section 8- <br /> 1145. 5) . <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $1, 551. 00 per multi family dwelling unit in <br /> the Lathrop area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> NOTE: The new address for the second unit dwelling is 660 West Dos <br /> Reis Road, Lathrop. <br />
