Fremont Street in Stockton CA. The installation of the
wells is part of an ongoing soil and groundwater investigation for the Former ARCO Facility 443
located at 2478 E. We will forward the agreements to ARC for their signature, and one fully executed
agreement will be sent back to you.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (916) 861-0400 ext 270.
Sincerely,
Stantec Consulting Corporation
Brian Westhoff
Geologic Consultant
cc: Mr. Sergio Morescalchi, Atlantic Richfield Company, a BP Affiliated Company (Upload to Enfos)
Mr. Mike Infurna, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, Stockton
Mr. James Barton, Regional Water Quality Control Board — Central Valley Region
Arra" Anraamant I Attar rinr
