Oak Street APN: 14124023 <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> The attached "Notice of Responsibility" is official notification that your site has been assigned to <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's Local Oversight Program for <br /> oversight of assessment and clean up activities at contaminated underground storage tank sites. <br /> Our goal is to certify completion of corrective action at underground storage tank leakage sites <br /> pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Division 3, Chapter 16,Article 11 (Corrective Action <br /> Regulations). These regulations govern the investigation and mitigation activities at leaking <br /> underground storage tank sites. The Regulations can be accessed on the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board website at http://www.calregs.com/. <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region"Appendix A- <br /> Reports Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations For Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation <br /> of Underground Tank Sites" should be used as a guidance document. It can be accessed on their <br /> web site at htt ://www.swrcb.ca.gov/-rwqcb5/available documents/ug tanks <br /> Regionals Appendix A.W. All work and reports which require geological or engineering <br /> evaluations must be performed under the direction of an appropriately California registered or <br /> certified professional. <br /> Therefore, additional site investigation to determine the lateral and vertical extent of the <br /> contamination in soil and groundwater is required.
