Former ARCO Station No.443 <br /> Vacaville,California November B,2013 <br /> Page No.vi <br /> 3,9 investigation-Derived Waste <br /> Investigation-derived residuals will be placed in Department of Transportation-approved 55-gallon <br /> drums.The soils in drums will be profiled and disposed as accordingly. Broadbent will coordinate the <br /> removal and transportation of surplus soils and liquids to appropriate California-regulated facilities. <br /> 3.10 Site Assessment Report <br /> the field activities such as soil gas wells and soil boring <br /> Broadbent will prepare a report summarizing <br /> installations,sampling,and field observations.The report will also contain the copies o required <br /> h copies of chain-of-custody <br /> permit(s), copies of field notes, and laboratory analytical reports witrecords,discussion of <br /> k Plan or data <br /> inconsisten <br /> will be discussed findings, conclusions. r <br /> cussed in thereport.The reports will be uploaded in electronic format to the Geotracker cies <br /> database. <br /> 4.0 PROPOSED SCHEDULE <br /> The schedule for the above-noted work shall proceed as follows: <br /> • GPR and utility survey—Within 60 days following successful negotiation of site access and <br /> approval of this Work Plan <br /> • Soil and soil gas sampling—Within 30 days followin the GPR survey but sub'ect to change if an <br /> UST is identified durins the GPR survey <br /> • Site Assessment Re ort—Within 45 da s followin the completion of all fieldwork <br /> Due to the unknown amount of time necessary to successfully coordinate and negotiate access for <br /> interior portions of the onsite building with the individual business owners or occupants, Broadbent <br /> suggests that strict calendar dates not be immediately established in the anticipated work plan approval <br /> letter, but instead be established after Broadbent immediately notifies SJCEHD that the access with the <br /> private property owners has been secured. <br />
