Soil samples for <br /> analysis were collected. <br /> 03/23/99 Analytical results evidenced low levels of petroleum hydrocarbon <br /> contamination beneath tank #2. <br /> 05/25/99 Unauthorized Release Report#99-U42 and Notification of Hazardous Waste <br /> Discharge #99-076 were filed this date. <br /> 07/23/99 "Work Plan — Preliminary Site Investigation" dated July 13, 1999, was received <br /> by the EHD this date. <br /> 07/30/99 Notice of Responsibility and EHD letter were sent this date to Ali, Ali Saheh & <br /> Zanaba. EHD work plan approval letter sent this date, included a directive to <br /> submit a well permit application, the required permit fee and that EHD be <br /> notified of the schedule for implementation of the work plan. <br /> 12/27/99 Date of EHD letter, directing that the well permit application and permit fee be <br /> submitted, and that notification be made to EHD by January 7, 2000 that the <br /> fieldwork has been scheduled. <br /> 01/31/00 Date of EHD letter requiring submittal of the well permit application and <br /> notification of work schedule within fourteen days of the letter. <br /> 03/29/00 Date of EHD letter, sent certified mail, providing notification that a meeting <br /> was scheduled for April 17, 2000 to discuss the Responsible Party's status of <br /> non-compliance. <br /> 04/17/00 Responsible Party failed to appear for the scheduled meeting. <br /> 06/01/00 The site was referred to San Joaquin County District Attorney's office for <br /> enforcement action on this date. No action was ever taken. <br /> 03/25/08 Date of EHD letter directing the Responsible Party to implement the previously <br /> approved work plan or referral to the Regional Board for enforcement would <br /> occur. <br /> 06/11/08 The approved work plan was implemented this date. One soil boring was <br /> advanced near the former tank pit area; three soil and one grab groundwater <br /> sample were collected for laboratory analysis. <br /> 07/07/08 Subsurface Investigation Summary Report, dated June 30, 2008, was <br /> submitted by Lee & Pierce Inc. to the EHD this date. Analytical results for the <br /> soil and grab groundwater sample were all reported non-detect for all <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons, fuel oxygenates and lead scavengers. <br />
