Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 o4 LrF6a�P <br /> 209/468-3420 <br /> November 27, 1995 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a soil remediation plan for <br /> contamination from underground storage tanks (USTs) previously <br /> located at 22107 E. Hwy 120, Escalon has been reviewed by San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for the excavation of <br /> soil which was contaminated due to unauthorized releases from the <br /> USTs which were located on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tenative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State <br /> and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will <br /> not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed <br /> the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHS/EHD, <br /> 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton during normal working hours, <br /> 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. Final approval for the plan is scheduled <br /> for November 28, 1995 . <br /> Questions should be directed to Margaret Lagorio, Senior REHS, at <br /> (209) 468-3449 regarding site specific procedures . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
