Hwy_ 132 <br /> Vernalis CA 95385 <br /> San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Department (SJC/EHD) has received <br /> concurrence from the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region on <br /> the determination that"no further action is required" for the above referenced site. To <br /> proceed with the closure of this site, please submit to SJCIEHD a well permit application <br /> for destruction of the onsite monitoring wells along with the required $60.00 permit fee. <br /> Please provide to SJCIEHD certification in writing that all record fee title owners have <br /> been notified of your request for closure. Section 25297.15(x) of Chapter 6.7 of the <br /> Health and Safety Code requires that a local agency not issue a closure letter, or make a <br /> determination that no further action is required with respect to a "hazardous substances" <br /> underground storage tank release site unless all current record owners of fee title to the <br /> site have been notified of the proposed action by the primary or active responsible party. <br /> If you are the sole property owner, provide a statement of that fact to SJCIEHD to fulfill <br /> this requirement. Please submit this information as soon as possible so that the closure <br /> process is not delayed by this requirement.
