Describe or identify the method or technique that you will use for field testing of soil -samples from <br /> the bore hole. A PID field testing devise shall be onsite, and in use during bore hole placement. If <br /> available provide a FID, and use the data obtained from the readings to determine if samples also need . <br /> to be taken below current ground water. <br /> 2. Soil samples from the capillary fringe and below should be analyzed for ether and alcohol using EPA <br /> method 8260 (specifically, Tertiary Butanol (TB), MTBE, Di-isopropyl ether (DIPS),=and Tertiary <br /> Amyl Methyl Ether(TAME)). Results of these analyses must be reported at acceptable detection limits <br /> in order to confirm the presence or absence of these petroleum additives. <br /> 3.
