To obtain a copy, please contact the SWRCB at(916) 657-2390. Remedial <br /> Action Completion certification occurs only after PHSIEHD has determined that no further <br /> site investigation or remedial action is required. <br /> PHSIEHD has received notification from State Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund that <br /> the site has ninety (90) days to obtain compliance signoff from our agency.
