Contaminants of concern
(including total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) quantified as gasoline (TPHg),
benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, and total xylenes (BTEX), and methyl tertiary-
butyl ether (MTBE)] were not detected in the nine soil samples but TPHg,
ethylbenzene, and total xylenes were detected in grab groundwater samples
collected from all three borings and MTBE was detected in grab groundwater
samples collected from SB-1.
06/25/02 Date of Results of Soil and Groundwater Investigation prepared by Horizon
Environmental Inc. for work performed in May 2002.
04/22/03 Date of Work Plan for Additional Groundwater Investigation submitted by Horizon
Environmental Inc. that proposed the installation of one monitoring well to
confirm the groundwater analytical results from S-1 through SB-3 and
performance of a sensitive receptor survey within a two-thousand-foot radius of
the site.
07/03/03 Date that monitoring well MW-1, screened between 55 and 75 feet bsg, was
installed on-site.
