The <br /> CUF recommended that the EHD direct the Responsible Party to complete the site assessment <br /> for impacted groundwater and startup and operate the recently installed soil and groundwater <br /> treatment system to achieve Policy guidelines in a timely manner. <br /> At this time the remediation system is reported to be in operation.
