The <br /> CUF recommends that the EHD require active remediation without delay. <br /> The EHD had approved by letter dated 22 November 2010, a work plan to pilot test dual phase <br /> extraction; the wells needed for the pilot test have been installed, but the pilot test has not yet <br /> been conducted. The EHD will issue a directive letter to complete the pilot test in a timely <br /> manner and submit the report of findings as part of a remedial action plan.
