Recommendation: <br /> In February 2008, the Fund made the following recommendation: This case has <br /> been open since 1990 and no remediation has been performed. The Fund <br /> recommends the Responsible Party assess remedial technologies and <br /> implement active remediation without delay. In addition, it should be noted that <br /> existing well screens are positioned 20 feet below the water table and the <br /> Responsible Party should consider installing additional appropriately screened <br /> wells to determine if adequate site assessment has been conducted.
