The DPE system that is in place is no longer feasible. <br /> 248 Park - AGE, the RP's consultant, completed additional site assessment during Sept. <br /> 2009. The EHD is in process of responding to the site investigation report and a WP with a <br /> recommendation to implement DPE remediation. The EHD will direct the RP to submit a WP for <br /> a Pilot test for DPE or provide technical justification for implement DPE with out a pilot <br /> test. <br /> If you need any further information, please let me know.
