(Condor) requested from San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) a 90-day extension to the May 1, 2003 deadline to <br /> implement the proposed work of the approved work plan Additional Soil and <br /> Groundwater Investigation by Cone Penetrometer Testing dated November 1, 2002 <br /> prepared by Condor. EHD agreed to a partial extension during a telephone <br /> conversation with Condor on April 21, 2003. The new deadline to begin <br /> implementing the approved work is June 15, 2003. Please be aware that since <br /> the pre-approval process from the State Clean Up Fund is currently suspended <br /> until the end of the fiscal year, cost pre-approval is not required at this time <br /> before implementation of investigative work.
