El Dorado St, Room 317 <br /> Stockton , CA 95202 <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT ACCEPTANCE FOR GROUNDWATER MONITORING WELLS <br /> I/we accept Revocable Permit No: 98-09 issued by the Public Works Director of the City <br /> of Stockton on September 18 , 1998 for the maintenance of two (2) existing groundwater <br /> monitoring wells previously installed on City property under Revocable Permit 97- 19, <br /> issued by the City of Stockton on November 7, 1997, and for the installation and <br /> maintenance of four (4) additional groundwater monitoring wells on City property. In <br /> accordance with the provisions of Section 3 of the Standard Conditions Applicable to <br /> Revocable Permits , I/we ask that the rights be conferred as outlined in the Standard <br /> Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits adopted by Resolution No. 22 , 578 on <br /> December 5 , 1960, <br /> As Required by Section 1 (f) of the Standar Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits , <br /> financial security in the sum of three thousand dollars, ($3 , 000.00) has been filed with the <br /> City Clerk of the City of Stockton in the form approved by the City Attorney and will be <br /> maintained in force during the life of the permit.
