Prior to granting final approval to Remedial Action Work Plan <br /> (RAP), that was reviewed and tentatively approved by the EHD, the public was to be given an <br /> opportunity to comment on the RAP. The comment period has ended and no comments or <br /> objections were received by the public. This completes the public participation requirement. <br /> The EHD hereby grants final approval to the RAP.
