The <br /> CUF recommends that the EHD direct the Responsible Party (RP) to conduct a human health <br /> risk assessment (HHRA). <br /> A corrective action plan (CAP) has been submitted to the EHD for this site, and the EHD is <br /> currently conducting public participation in preparation of approving the CAP. If the CAP is <br /> approved, a previously approved remedial action plan will be implemented. The EHD will direct <br /> the RP to conduct the HHRA as recommended by the CUF.
