The <br /> initial work plan was prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) by letter dated 22 March 1997. The work plan <br /> addendum presents the proposed scope of work for the advancement of five cone penetrometer <br /> testing (CPT) soil borings at the site. <br /> Upon PHS-EHD approval of the work plan, AGE will submit an application for drilling permit, <br /> permit fee and any additional documentation required for permitting purposes.
