Approximately 100 to`200 tons 'of soirwill be excavated <br /> during UST removal activities; it is likely that the excavated soil will be impacted with petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons <br /> Based upon our analysis of data collected from the site, soil and ground water remediation will be necessary <br /> and it does not appear to be cost.effective to dispose of soil off-site. Therefore, AGE intends to reuse the <br /> stockpiled soil to partially backfill the bottom portion of the excavation; the top portion will be backfilled <br /> with imported pea-gravel.
