However, Advanced GeoEnvirommental Inc. proposes to install dual completed monitoring <br /> wells at the site in areas were petroleum hydrocarbon contaniiiiation is known or in areas were contamination <br /> is encountered at depths greater than first encountered ground water. Otherwise, monitoring wells will be <br /> single-completed with 2-inch diameter PVC casing. Proposed well designs are attached as Figure No. 3 - <br /> Proposed Dual Completed Well Design and Figure No. 4 - Proposed Single Completed Well Design . <br /> Encroachment pennits with the City of Stockton Public Works Department are currently being processed, <br /> however, copies of these permits will be forwarded to you prior to any well installation within the Cities right- <br /> of-way. We have tentatively scheduled field operations for 27 October 1997.
