1 All allegations of the petition are true . <br /> 2 PETER GIAMBANCO , aka PETER VINCENT GIAMBANCO , SR . , aka <br /> 3 PETER Vs GIAMBANCO , aka PETE GIAMBANCO died testate on <br /> 4 December 14 , 1992 in the County of Stanislaus , State of <br /> 5 California , and was a resident of Stanislaus County at the time <br /> 6 of death . <br /> 7 On February 11 , 1993 , PETER Va GIAMBANCO , JR . was <br /> g appointed Administrator with Will Annexed of the decedent ' s Will <br /> 9 and qualified as such on February 11 , 1993 . Since then PETER V . ' <br /> 10 GIAMBANCO , JR . has been and now is the Administrator with Will <br /> 11 Annexed of the Will . <br /> 12 On February 11 , 1993 ; PETER V . GIAMBANCO , JR . was granted <br /> 13 authority by order of this Court to administer the estate without <br /> 14 court supervision with full authority under the Independent <br /> 15 Administration of Estates Act . This authority has not been <br /> 16 revoked . <br /> 17 Notice of petition to administer estate has been given as <br /> IS required by law .
