As <br /> j you know , our office has been working with Mr . Mike <br /> Gianelli and Mr . Steve Critzer of the Gianelli & Fores <br /> office in Modesto for the Estate of Giambanco . <br /> When I last wrote , I had informed you that the Estate <br /> was cash-poor , but that the probate court had approved a <br /> sale of Estate assets to pay for Estate debts . At that <br /> time you and Ms . Pam Violett recommended that the Estate <br /> pay tank closure fees and submit a closure plan for the <br /> tanks located at 4405 Pacific Avenue . Jim Thorpe Oil <br /> Company prepared the closure plan , and the Estate provided <br /> the closure fees that I recently forwarded to you . <br /> Today , upon my return from the conference , I spoke <br /> with Steve Critzer who tells me that Mike Gianelli has <br /> significantly completed the court approved asset sale <br /> transaction . He also indicated that another hearing <br /> before the probate court will be held on April 13 , 1994 , <br /> in Modesto to approve payment of Estate debts . Gianeili & <br /> Fores anticipate that the court will approve closing the <br /> Estate at that time , once payment of the Estate debts is <br /> approved .
