The Estate of Peter Giambanco , Sr . has <br /> committed to undertaking the following work pursuant to the <br /> following time schedule : <br /> 30 DAYS Complete free product <br /> removal from tanks . <br /> 60 DAYS Proposal to probate court <br /> requesting approval of <br /> tank closure workplan . <br /> As we discussed , it is anticipated that approval from the <br /> court could take 30 - 60 days . Upon receipt of authorization from <br /> the probate court to proceed , we will authorize tank removal and <br /> preparation of the Closure Report for submission to your office . <br /> It is also anticipated that the testing required as part of <br /> the closure plan will be the initial phase of the site <br /> investigation . We will discuss this further with Mike Infurna . <br /> I have obtained information from Pete Giambanco that there <br /> is free product in the tanks , and information on quantity is <br /> attached .
