After review of <br /> the request and supporting arguments , we have decided to find in your favor <br /> and to accept the claim for conditional acceptance on the initial Priority <br /> List . <br /> The draft Priority List dated April 17 , 1992 , included the claims that were <br /> accepted as of that date .
