RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based upon data collected during June 2003, AGE recommends <br />' • Continued utilization of wells MW-1 through MW-12 for quarterly groundwater monitoring <br /> and sampling <br />' • Ground water monitoring of the subject site concurrently with the Pacific Mini Mart (4511 <br /> Pacific Avenue) <br />' • Performance of a receptor survey to locate potential receptors within 2,000 feet of the site <br /> Work plans for installation of seven multi-level monitoring wells,one ground water extraction well <br />' and performance of a ground water pumping test were submitted to the SJCEHD on 21 March 2003 <br /> and approved by the SJCEHD by letters on 07 May 2003 (Figure 2) <br />' In July 2003, AGE installed two on-site multi-level ground water monitoring wells (MW-13 and <br /> MW-14) Due to delays in obtaining the necessary City of Stockton Public Works encroachment <br /> permits,the drilling and installation forthe five remaining off-site multi-level wells(MW-15 through <br /> lie MW-19) has been tentatively scheduled to commence in October 2003 <br /> I6 0. LIMITATIONS <br /> I Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based mainly <br /> upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the <br /> geologic/hydro geologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a <br /> limited number of available data points(e g ground water samples),and subsurface conditions may <br /> vary away from these data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the <br /> professional interpretations, opinions and recommendations contained in this report <br /> I <br /> 1 <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
