1 <br />' 08 July 2003 <br /> • AGE-NC Project No 96-0229 <br />' Page 5 of 5 <br />' 5 0 RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based upon data collected during February 2003, AGE recommends <br />' • Continued utilization of wells MW-1 through MW-12 for quarterly groundwater monitoring <br /> and sampling <br />' • Continued ground water monitoring of the subject site concurrently with the Pacific Mini <br /> Mart (4511 Pacific Avenue) <br />' • Performance of a receptor survey to locate potential receptors within 2,000 feet of the site <br /> Work plans for installation of seven multi-level monitoring wells,one ground water extraction well <br />' and performance of a ground water pumping test were submitted to the SJCEHD on 21 March and <br /> 11 April 2003 and approved by the SJCEHD by letters on 07 May 2003 (Figure 2) <br />' AGE has tentatively scheduled the drilling and installation of the above ground water extraction and <br /> multi-level monitoring wells to commence at the site in July 2003 <br /> 10 <br /> 6.0. LIMITATIONS <br />' Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based mainly <br />' upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the <br /> geologic/hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a <br /> limited number of available data points (e g soil and ground water samples), and subsurface <br /> conditions may vary away from these data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made <br /> as to the professional interpretations, opinions and recommendations contained in this report <br /> I <br /> 0 <br /> IAdvanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br /> I <br />
