The <br /> applications include: <br /> 1. Application for Permit; <br /> 2. Application: Environmental Health Permit/Services. <br /> In addition to the permit applications, I have included an 11-inch by 17- <br /> inch site plan showing the approximate monitoring well locations. These <br /> locations could change based on access to the proposed drilling locations. <br /> We will keep you informed on when drilling will take place.
