(Condor) received pre-approval from the UST fund for the <br /> additional soil and groundwater investigation in a letter dated July 18, 2001 . We scheduled the <br /> Cone Penetrometer (CPT) for the fust available period, starting September 24, 2001 . We expect <br /> to complete the CPT work within one week (including the proposed soil borings) . We scheduled <br /> a two-week delay after the CPT work to install the proposed wells in case we find anything in the <br /> CPT samples that may affect the well locations or depth.
