Thank you for your attention to this project, <br /> In the May 4, 2001 letter, you requested that several project deliverables be submitted or <br /> conducted by a certain date. These included: <br /> 1 ) Submittal of a drawing(s) showing proposed boring locations and monitoring well <br /> construction by May 20, 2001 . Condor respectfully requests an extension of the submittal <br /> date for the drawing(s) to June 4, 2001 . <br /> 2) Repair and restarting of the soil vapor extraction (SVE) system by June 5, 2001 . Condor <br /> respectfully requests an extension of the date to repair and restart the SVE system to July 5, <br /> 2001 . The additional time will be necessary to obtain pre-approval of the costs to conduct the <br /> SVE system work from the UST Fund, <br /> 3) Implementation of the proposed additional soil and groundwater investigation by June 11 , <br /> 2001 . Condor respectfully requests an extension of the requested date for implementation of <br /> the work to July 25 , 2001 : The additional time will be necessary to obtain pre-approval of the <br /> project costs from the UST Fund and to schedule the drilling contractor. <br /> 4) Submittal of a work plan for identifying the source of the groundwater mounding beneath the <br /> site and a report of a sensitive receptor survey conducted within a 2,000-foot radius of the site <br /> by August 5, 2001 .
