NA=NO A Y a�1-1.1- 3.4 WELL CASING SURVEY Following the installation of monitor wells MW-9, MW-10, MW-11, and MW-12d, all monitor wells on site were surveyed on November 26, 2001 to determine the location and elevation of the well collars using NAD 83 and NGVD 88 datum, relative to an NGS Benchmark No. JS 1384. The well collars were surveyed with a vertical accuracy of 0.01 foot and horizontal accuracy of 3 feet. The measuring point for water-level measurements was marked on each well collar.
